Have shipped my vehicle with US auto movers and the experience was good but its need a car wash now.

One of your employee with number 5513823304 didn’t pay in full for our transportation service, he is trying to keep $50 which is absolutely unprofessional for such a big company like yours. Please help to get our money before we called bond

It can be a little unnerving when dealing with any of the auto transportation companies because of the scheduling process. They are all the same. You pick one and hope it works out. US Auto Movers had the best pricing for me by paying cash when delivered. So they called me 2 days before the last day I needed my car picked up. I was so relieved! California to Virginia. They delivered on time to my driveway. California to Virginia.

My car is a 1959 Jeep. My only issue is, after pickup they called and asked if I had the key to my tow hitch. They needed to remove it to add another car. I did not but told them I give permission to remove it. I thought they were going to cut the lock and remove the hitch. The lock looks like a pad lock. They sawed of the hitch where the ball instead of just cutting the lock…leaving the rest of the hitch still attached to my car. Crazy… I have another tow hitch that is why I gave permission.

The transportation was successful and I would recommend this company. I took a chance with them out of all the companies I contacted and it turned out great. Good Luck out there!

I was thoroughly impressed with US Auto Movers and their care to bring my car to me safely, in perfect condition. I certainly had my doubts, and I was anxious to get my new car after buying it from a dealer 10 hours away from my house, but they picked it up, they were very careful to not damage it getting it onto the truck (it is extremely low to the ground), and I had my car the next day!

US Auto Movers did an excellent job transporting our daughter’s vehicle to her college in Michigan. Their price was very competitive and their customer service was exceptional. The driver, Dimiri went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met, especially with our daughter with pick-up. We are definitely using US Auto Movers again for auto shipment.

From start to finish the whole experience was simple and streamlined. Initial contact wasn’t overbearing, unlike 3 other shippers I contacted, and only US AUTO MOVERS had a set day for pickup instead of a date range. Delivery arrived quicker than expected. I’d totally recommend US AUTO MOVERS especially Brandon and will use them again next time I need to ship.

Good communication and updates from the transport driver. Prices are reasonable and they were able to be flexible with the logistics to move my vehicle quickly. Shipping a car is new experience for me and the process to find the right transport company is complicated to say the least. There are many shippers that have questionable reviews. Sam Miller helped me transport my BMW1200 GS successfully from California to Idaho. Great communication throughout, delivered as promised and quickly too. He made things easier. Steve Parker helped setup and lock in a very competitive rate to move my 2021 Gladiator from Texas to Illinois on short notice. I am very pleased with how he handled all of my questions and concerns. EXCELLENT!!! I needed my Camaro towed just about 120 miles home within the CA state. Seemed like it shouldn’t be an issue but it quickly became one. Regular tow companies quoted me $1600-$1800! I looked for an alternated solution and found the car transport site to get bids from carriers. I admit US AUTO MOVERS was the second company I worked with. I tried a different company first and they were a total flake out, and I wasted a week. Then John Lincoln with US Auto Movers messaged me and was very informative and persistent. I was being bombarded with text and calls from so many carriers promising they could tow my Camaro. I received a whole range of quotes from very low to very high. John was honest and very open with the company and how bids work. I did end up with an original bid of $175 and ended up spending $100 over the original accepted bid $275), but that was due to drivers, not the company. I had 3 drivers cancel on me, but John worked very hard (including on his days off) to get me a driver and get my car home. He called and text me consistently to let me know what was being done, and was very honest and easy to work with!! My car made it home safely an the transport driver was very professional and friendly. He took a lot of care with my car. Us Auto Movers, give this John a raise!! He is working very hard for your company!!! I would recommend this company if you need a tow, and use John specifically. You won’t regret it!

This is the best company and Sam Miller is the best person who you can get for having your vehicle shifted from one state to another I had my 2023 Toyota Rav4 picked up from Dealership in Michigan and shipped to me in California and I was very skeptical about this but Sam provided me an upright service which me and my partner were very much satisfied with the vehicle was picked up timely and we were sent tracking application and a complete condition report of pick up and was delivered one day before the actual date which we highly appreciated and the driver confirmed through call if they could deliver early if not then they can deliver it the day that was told by Sam as well but it being a brand new car which we were excited for obviously we took the early delivery, thanks Sam Miller

Trevor Smith jumped in and set up auto transport for are fifth wheel when another company failed to show up. He got someone dispatched last minute and was able to keep us on schedule. He kept in communication with us to make sure we were getting what we needed. I the individuals that he dispatched to us were awesome they were very accommodating, professional, and friendly. We could not have been more happy with the service we received.

After reserving my car shipment with two previous companies, and frustrated with their inability to find drivers in my area, Steve Parker came to my rescue in a timely fashion. Out of 20 Brian Smith was the only one to come through with what he said he was going to do. Brian Smith took care of me called me throughout the whole 3-day process and got my car to me within the time he allowed for a reasonable price. 1100 miles later my car was dropped off in the front yard great job Brian Smith I appreciate your help and you consistency to make your company a better place. In the future when I pick my newer car up in Florida I will definitely be giving you a call thanks for your help.

The agent that assisted me was Lisa Adam. There was an issue with the original driver,Lisa worked with me and another driver and the vehicle was still picked up and delivered as was agreed on.. she went out of her way to keep me informed on every step.. even late at night she either called or texted.. there customer service was 100% .. I won’t use any other transport service !

Chris Allen was great to deal with! All other transporter quotes were in the $1200+ range to ship my Japanese Kei Truck from Arizona to Milwaukee WI.

Not only was Chris able to beat the price, and picked up my Kei truck in just a couple of days, all on short notice.
