Everything was exactly as stated, no hidden fees or surcharges, delivery on time. I had my Ford Escape transported from the Boston area to Palo Alto in May. 48 hrs after making the initial phone call my car was out of the driveway and on its way West. Car arrived there on time 5 days later with no issues. Good communication. Actual cost was $50 less than initial quote. Quote was on the lower end to average amount of the ones I received. Hassle free. Would use again.

I was little disappointed because I had gotten an initial quote that was an amazing price but due to complications I could not get that delivery and had to settle for something a little higher. Still a very good price compared to other companies. I worked with Brian Smith who was always quick to respond, considerate and committed to getting me the best possible price for the current situation. I worked with Sam Miller to get my 1966 F250 4×4 picked up. He gave me a low price I knew the truck couldn’t be shipped for. So I countered offered with a higher price, but still below what I was willing to pay. Told him my offer was only good if they could have it delivered within two days. He found a driver who could do it the next day but of course he’d need more money for that to happen. I had planned on this, so even with his price increase it was still what I had budgetted for. The car was picked up the next morning at the time we had agreed upon. The truck made to my house as scheduled on time. The truck driver was very nice and professional. He strapped the truck down properly. He was very good driver with his trailer, my spot was a little tight and he easy move his trailer multiple times to make sure I was happy with where it was unloaded. The drive spoke no English at all, so if that’s a problem for you you may like to know that. But for me he was he was awesome, we communicated with thumbs up and thumbs down, pointing and smiling. I offered him some water before he left but he signed with gestures that he had a cooler with drinks. With that he was on his way, I payed everyone, and we were all happy.

From the moment we booked to have our car transported from our home in New Jersey to Miami, it was an easy and stress-free process. Sam was quick to answer all ongoing questions and to provide information we needed. The price was reasonable based on our research, and most importantly, no surprises on the pick up or drop off. Based on the reviews I had read about other transports, I was expecting last minute scheduling and pricing changes. Not the case at all. Pick up and drop off both went smoothly.

The actual transport companies that Sam uses were great. They gave me ETAs for the pick up and drop off and then called both ways to let me know when they were about 1/2 hour away. I was so please, I booked my return trip for the car. I would highly recommend US AUTO MOVERS. Sam obviously takes pride in his business and delivers great customer service.

Jerry was a life saver. After being lied to by at least 10 different brokers, who would low ball us, and then change the price driver pending by double or more, and lying about other brokers listing us even though they hadnt. We happened to run into Jerry by chance, as one of the brokers asked us to get our listing removed from US AUTOMOVERS when in fact US AUTOMVOERS never listed us. This happy accident lead to Jerry hooking us up last minute and finding a way for us to transport our cars while still making schedule. 1000/10 would recommend.

After 2 weeks of being jerked around by other shippers, i miraculously found US AUTOMOVERS! I spoke to Steve directly and within 20 minutes he called me back with a driver and my car was picked up within 2 hours and on its way. He is very professional, reliable and honest! US AUTO MOVERS was an Amazing company to work with. I was originally going to ship my car with a different company but they did not follow up with me in when my car was going to get picked up. So I got nervous and called us auto movers. Trevor Smith was super friendly and polite through the entire process. I was also directly in contact with the driver of the truck shipping my car. He sent me photos of the car and made sure everything was okay. I really appreciated the service given that it was VERY last minute. I called them the day I needed my car to get picked up and they were able to find someone to ship it out the day off. You won’t regret working with them!

I went with US AUTO MOVERS due to the great reviews and I am happy to say that I had the same great experience that everyone else has had. Zoe was so easy to work with and negotiated a great price that was almost $2K cheaper than my other quotes. We even had the two Mercedes packed with boxes and weights and we did not have to pay extra. Pickup was on time, delivery was on time and approximately 5-7 days faster then the other quotes. This was one of our biggest concerns and it went so smoothly; I can’t thank Zoe enough.

Absolutely recommend this company! Sean was super helpful throughout the whole business. I have had his company help me out twice in two separate incidents and they were both huge successes. He took the time to walk us through the entire process, addressing all of our questions honestly and professionally. The car was loaded that night and delivered only three days later. The entire procedure worked smoothly and transparently, exceeding our expectations. Never shipped a car before so I was reluctant, nervous, and afraid of scams. Paid a $70 deposit by credit card (for buyer protection) to secure search work from American Haul. Took 2.5 days to secure a driver, but Chris was patient with me despite my borderline rudeness. After they found a driver, I had to sign a final contract between me and the driver. The contract showed the balance owed (-$70 deposit) upon delivery, pre and post inspection, driver name and company, and driver cell phone number. Driver was at my house in Houston 3 hours after the contract was signed and the car was delivered in Fort Lauderdale 3 days later. Price was competitive with other companies. Process was weird to me a first but I understand how car brokers work now. Will use them in the future.

They did what they said they were going to do…that’s unheard of these days! The other carrier we hired before US AUTO MOVERS, scheduled, then cancelled, scheduled, required more money, cancelled, then repeated it all over, once again raising the price…thankfully, they cancelled and we got US AUTO MOVERS who came through…

You get a quote online. You get no communication from a person. You wait a couple of days wondering if anything is happening. After a few days wondering if I should find another company because I haven’t heard from this company. They finally call. To say tomorrow at this time we can pick up your car. They get the payment. I love this company. I was very nervous about shipping my car for multiple reasons. I called US AUTO MOVERS to have my car shipped from the east coast to the west coast and they picked my car up in 24 hours. It was a Friday and was delivered the following week on a Tuesday. My car was well taken care of. The driver was awesome. The paperwork was super essy. I have told all of my coworkers about this company. I will use them again.

I reached out to Paul Smith and he provided a rundown of how the shipping process works, he was professional, and readily available to answer my questions. It was a joy being able to give them our business. The car was shipped from New Jersey to Hollywood, California. After submitting the proposal we received confirmation early the next morning that a driver would pick the car up on a few hours. The car arrived 7-days later within the allotted time provided. The driver sent me a text message the night before to confirm the drop-off time and address. The exact drop-offwas around the corner from my address since my block is small and residential. Additionally, because of the early drop-off the truck was able to unload the truck safely with no interference of mid-day traffic on a Friday. The driver was extremely friendly and kind. He was patient with me since I had to take a few extra minutes to go downstairs and walk around the corner. I inspected the vehicle and it was spotless (outside of normal dirt from the long ride). I was thoroughly impressed and extremely grateful for Paul Smith, US AUTO MOVERS, and the driver. I highly recommend going with their services as I would do business with them again. At first I didn’t like the customer service because the first person I spoke with, but after doing some research and noticing they were number one with minimal negative comments, I had to make the executive decision to go with them and I do not regret it. Have shipped my vehicle with US auto movers and the experience was good but its need a car wash now.

It can be a little unnerving when dealing with any of the auto transportation companies because of the scheduling process. They are all the same. You pick one and hope it works out. US Auto Movers had the best pricing for me by paying cash when delivered. So they called me 2 days before the last day I needed my car picked up. I was so relieved! California to Virginia. They delivered on time to my driveway. California to Virginia.

My car is a 1959 Jeep. My only issue is, after pickup they called and asked if I had the key to my tow hitch. They needed to remove it to add another car. I did not but told them I give permission to remove it. I thought they were going to cut the lock and remove the hitch. The lock looks like a pad lock. They sawed of the hitch where the ball instead of just cutting the lock…leaving the rest of the hitch still attached to my car. Crazy… I have another tow hitch that is why I gave permission.

The transportation was successful and I would recommend this company. I took a chance with them out of all the companies I contacted and it turned out great. Good Luck out there!

I was thoroughly impressed with US Auto Movers and their care to bring my car to me safely, in perfect condition. I certainly had my doubts, and I was anxious to get my new car after buying it from a dealer 10 hours away from my house, but they picked it up, they were very careful to not damage it getting it onto the truck (it is extremely low to the ground), and I had my car the next day!
